1. The amount of ram will improve the speed of your computer more then a faster cpu most of the time. Plus ram is alot cheaper.

2. Do not install everything that ads tell you too. one ad remover and one virus protection is good. No need for any popup blocker programs since Internet Explorer and firefox both have them built in.

3. If something stating something about you having a virus or something. If it doesn't look familiar most of the time that is called a popup that is generated from a website. The best thing to do is to click the x to close it instead of clicking on one of the two choices.
